How are Holiday Designs™ displays made?

All our steel Christmas displays are handcrafted in our Gainesville, GA facility. Our skilled welders cut, bend, tack, and weld the displays, which are then professionally powder-coated for durability. Lights and wiring are meticulously applied by hand in our assembly department, ensuring each piece meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Do you use LED bulbs in your Christmas displays?

Yes, we use C7 LED bulbs in all our Christmas displays. These bulbs are bright, durable, and easy to replace, ensuring that your displays shine brilliantly throughout the holiday season. C7 LED bulbs are also more energy-efficient, longer-lasting, and more durable than traditional incandescent bulbs, reducing energy costs and maintenance needs. Additionally, using C7 LED bulbs makes the line and socket wire serviceable, allowing for easy maintenance and long-lasting performance.

Is hardware included with the displays? What will I need to install them?

Yes, all necessary installation hardware is included with our displays. Specific mounting or installation hardware provided varies by display type:
  • Pole Mount Displays: Include mounting brackets and stainless steel banding straps.
  • Ground Mount Displays: Come with ground stakes, guy wire, nuts, bolts, and other necessary fittings.
  • Christmas Trees: Include all assembly hardware such as u-bolts, nuts, plates, guy wire, and electrical harnesses. While we provide comprehensive installation guides, specific anchoring methods should be determined by local professionals based on site conditions. Please note that due to liability concerns, we are unable to provide exact instructions on securing the tree.

Can Holiday Designs™ accept purchase orders?

Yes, we gladly accept official purchase orders from approved clients, including municipalities and government agencies. You can submit purchase orders directly through our sales team for seamless processing.

Is Holiday Designs™ equipped to handle government contracts?

Absolutely. Holiday Designs™ is a registered entity on Sam.gov, making us eligible for federal contracts. We are also an E-Verify employer, ensuring compliance with all federal regulations regarding employment verification.

Does Holiday Designs™ participate in public bidding processes?

Yes, for local projects that are small or simple, we offer free estimates. For projects outside our local area, we can collaborate remotely using tools like Zoom or FaceTime, sharing pictures and videos to ensure accurate understanding and assessment of your project needs.

What if we need help building our bid or specifying our project?

We offer comprehensive design consultation and assistance services. For a reasonable fee, which includes travel expenses, we can visit your site to discuss the design and create a detailed scope of work. This service includes a recommended product list and relevant renderings. If you engage us for the project, the design fee will be credited back to your final invoice. If the project goes out to bid, you can use our specifications, and should we win the bid, we will credit the design fee to the final invoice.

What warranties do displays manufactured by Holiday Designs™ come with?

  • Steel Displays/Frames:Our steel displays are acid washed and coated with a baked-on, powder coat finish, warranted for 6 Christmas seasons.
  • Electrical Components:Warranted for 3 Christmas seasons.
  • LED Bulbs:Warranted for 1 Christmas season, specifically covering burned out bulbs only. Each product includes and ships with an additional 2% extra LED bulbs.
  • Animated Display Control Boxes:These control boxes are UL Listed with a warranty for 1 season, although they typically last 5-7 years and often even longer.

Do you offer extended warranties?

Yes, we offer extended warranties for our steel products. In addition to our standard 6-year warranty, customers can opt for a 7-year or 10-year extended warranty. These options provide additional coverage and peace of mind for those who want longer-term protection for their holiday displays.
